Director of Finance Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing finance functions across multiple companies and operating units. They should be tech-savvy, ready to lead the process of automating and driving efficiency into our finance function through technology.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will oversee critical finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and more. They will also manage comprehensive financial reporting across multiple corporate entities and operating units, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support sound business decisions.

This is a hands-on Director of Finance role that requires direct involvement in critical operations, ensuring financial excellence across multiple operating units. Based in Victoria, BC, the successful candidate will lead a finance team while being directly involved in key operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform critical finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and more.
- Manage and produce comprehensive financial reporting across multiple corporate entities and operating units.
- Lead and actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support sound business decisions.
