Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. As a key member of our Cash Vault Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily reporting, AML compliance, and billing processes.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Cash Vault Services operations and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will be working closely with our management team to review daily metrics, assist with investigation of daily outages, and ensure all programs are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify daily reporting from various functions, including deposit processing, ATM reconciliation, cheque investigations, and suspense account management
  • Conduct AML verification for clients and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with billing data collection and monthly CVS billing
  • Support management with daily metrics data collection and analysis
  • Investigate and resolve daily outages, including pulling transaction reports, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, and maintaining the daily differences tracker
  • Assist with CVS claim investigations and emergency cash parcel management
