At Redbrick Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Chief People Officer to join our team. As a seasoned business partner, you will be responsible for leading employee relations, manager coaching, employee engagement and talent acquisition within our portfolio of companies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a People & Culture role, with 3+ years being in a Generalist position. They will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field and have proven experience supporting multiple businesses in the tech industry. Familiarity with Canadian federal/provincial and US federal/state-specific employment laws is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit top talent for our portfolios, manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, and create employment offers and contracts.
  • People Processes: Proactively adopt and maintain best practices, complete various projects assigned to support the department, implement company policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Compensation, Payroll & Benefits: Provide compensation support to managers, including salary planning and promotions.
  • Talent Development/Manager Coaching: Work with managers to create innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives, provide coaching on performance, employee relations, and development, and facilitate training sessions for employees and managers.
