We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Natu'oil Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including opening and distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office to perform administrative tasks, and maintain computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Manufacturing environment in an urban area.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
