We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site at our restaurant location. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations and talent acquisition;
  • Planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs;
  • Managing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance;
  • Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions;
  • Responding to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner;
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating with HR teams to develop and implement company-wide initiatives;
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop solutions;
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This role requires you to work on-site at our restaurant location. You will need to maintain attention to detail and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
