Role Overview

This is a critical role that involves managing and prioritizing recruitment efforts to meet business demands. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to create effective sourcing strategies based on job requirements.

  • Talent mapping for critical positions to identify and track high-potential candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pool to address long-term organizational needs.
  • Overseeing internal and external talent acquisition channels for sourcing efficiency.
  • Managing and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for seamless recruitment workflows and accurate reporting.
  • Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR with a proven track record of successful employee placements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, focusing on managing critical and high-volume roles.
  • Strong skills in talent mapping, pipeline management, and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, including ATS platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates.
Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
