About the Role

Columbia Currency Exchange is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and management, to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
