Customer Engagement Strategist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building a renewable book of business through new client acquisition and retainers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to C-suite leaders. Experience working at a Salesforce System Integrator is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the Executive Sponsor and lead for clients, providing top-tier service and strategic guidance.
- Building a retainer-based book of business and driving sales growth through targeted client acquisition.
- Directly contributing to ARR growth by improving client health and delivering exceptional results.
- Overseeing the delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- Mentoring team members and sharing expertise to grow the CloudKettle practice.
- Representing CloudKettle as a thought leader, contributing to the organization's reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Managing multiple opportunities across the sales cycle and representing the company's values.
With a focus on sales and business development, this role requires a highly efficient team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and bilingual fluency in French and English are a strong asset.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Industry recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications, are an asset.
- Significant experience managing complex projects and building relationships with c-suite clients.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of team members.
- Highly efficient team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.
- Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada.
Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
