Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention, growth, and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
