We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring effective implementation of recovery programs and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.

  • Lead all operational aspects of Vida Nova, including client care, staff management, and resource allocation.">
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of recovery programs and services.">
  • Manage the center's budget and ensure financial sustainability.">
  • Ensure accreditation with Canadian health regulatory bodies.">
  • Build relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and external partners to expand the center's impact.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Social Work.">
  • Training in addiction treatment is an asset.">
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in staff management and program oversight.">
  • Proven experience in managing clinical settings, preferably in addiction treatment or mental health services.">
  • Fundraising experience, including proposal writing and securing grants.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.">
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors and community stakeholders.">
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.">

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health package, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
