Executive Aviation is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Aviation Operations Coordinator. This position is based at the St. John's International Airport (YYT) and will be responsible for leading and coordinating the above wing experience for Executive Aviation's Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will have airline customer service experience, fantastic people skills, and an uncanny ability to make things happen. This position would require you to schedule our team of Customer Service Agents, logistically plan and order supplies, as well as stepping in to liaise with our airline partners and team members.

This position reports directly to the St. John's International Airport Station Manager. The salary range for this position is $21.25-$26.70/hour, making it a lucrative opportunity for those looking to grow their career in aviation.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Customer Service agents to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates from OCC and report to the proper airport authorities to maintain effective operations.
  • Review flight logs to ensure accurate billing and track passenger counts for monthly airport submission.
  • Attend airport meetings with the Station Manager to discuss employee or operational challenges.
  • Update IFIDS and complete daily ops logs in Vortex to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure baggage deliveries are completed efficiently and weekly passenger numbers are submitted to the airport.
  • Prepare and stock international packages and update the shift planning board regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with airline crew and handle lost and found items according to airline procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' Counter Agent experience with increasing responsibilities is preferred.
  • RAC/Security Clearance pass is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience managing/scheduling teams would be an asset.
