At Jump Recruitment Specialists, we are partnering with Vida Nova to find an exceptional Operations Director for their esteemed addiction treatment facility.

Job Summary

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring the effective implementation of our recovery programs and services. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all operational aspects of Vida Nova, including client care, staff management, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of recovery programs and services.
  • Manage the center's budget, financial operations, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Ensure and maintain accreditation with the Canadian Council of Health Services or equivalent regulatory bodies.
  • Manage relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and external partners to expand the center's impact.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Training in addiction treatment is an asset.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in staff management and program oversight.
  • Proven experience in managing operations within clinical settings, preferably in addiction treatment or mental health services.
  • Fundraising experience, including proposal writing and securing grants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors and various community stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
