Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our palliative care team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Manage pain and symptoms, and provide supportive care to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote palliative care awareness and best practices.
- Masters degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in palliative care required.
- Exceptional knowledge in palliative care and pain & symptom management required.
- Formal training and education in Palliative Care required.
- Competitive salary range: $120-$150 per hour.
