Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that their landscaping projects meet their requirements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair landscaping equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and meets safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of landscaping materials and supplies, ensuring that they are adequate to meet project demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that landscaping projects meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in landscaping software and equipment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications in landscaping or a related field.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. They will also be required to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
