About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of landscaping professionals, including gardeners, horticulturists, and construction workers.
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
    • Implement quality control measures to prevent defects, delays, and cost overruns.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
    • Communicate project progress, timelines, and budgets to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Management
    • Optimize project workflows, processes, and resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
    • Knowledge of landscaping principles, practices, and industry standards.
    • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
