About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Lead a team of landscapers to execute projects, ensuring high-quality results
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Inspect projects to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide regular project updates and ensure client satisfaction
  • Equipment Maintenance and Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools
    • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
    • Knowledge of landscaping principles and practices
