Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet project requirements and company standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and stored to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering materials and supplies as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., horticulture, landscape architecture, environmental science).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a proven track record of project management and team supervision.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Outdoor work environment, with regular exposure to weather conditions (e.g., sun, rain, cold, heat).
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
