About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Venlaw Manufacturing Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and presentations.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and reconcile accounts.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and collecting and analyzing financial records.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Quick Books, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, rural area.
  • Transportation: Own transportation, public transportation not available.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, organized, ability to multitask, time management.
