Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Office Operations Specialist** to join our team at **Venlaw Manufacturing Ltd.** This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Sector: Private sector organization.
  • Location: Rural area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Conduct administrative functions of the organization effectively.
  • Assist in the development of operating budgets while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures efficiently.
  • Reconcile financial accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collect and analyze financial documentation, including statements, budgets, projections, and sales data.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in **QuickBooks**, **SharePoint**, and various **Accounting Software**.
  • Strong skills in **MS Excel**, **MS Office**, **MS Word**, **Google Drive**, and **WordPress**.
  • Familiarity with **Social Media** platforms.
Transportation and Travel
  • Must have personal transportation as public transport is not available.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
