Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and streamline our administrative functions at Venlaw Manufacturing Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring that our office operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Sector: Private
- Location: Rural area
- Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Execute administrative tasks to support the establishment
- Assist in preparing and managing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Reconcile financial accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Collect and analyze financial records, including statements, budgets, projections, and sales data
- Proficient in QuickBooks, SharePoint, and various accounting software
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, Google Drive, and WordPress
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Own transportation is necessary
