Territory Sales Growth Manager

Job Summary:
Regal Ideas Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Growth Manager to drive sales growth in British Columbia, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, training staff, and growing market share by opening new locations and converting dealers.
This is a remote position requiring significant travel. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry, preferably in Lumber and Building Materials. They should have experience in territory management, account management, and knowledge of account management software.
The successful candidate will also require excellent planning and coordination skills, flexibility with work hours, and a willingness to live in the territory. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
