Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for creating a sales-driven culture, developing a top-performing team, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, meet or exceed monthly targets, and improve conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that inspires customers to shop and return. Ensure exceptional customer service through effective training and coaching.
  • Team Development: Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for sales and customer service.
  • Merchandise Strategies: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales growth, reduce inventory levels, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance and customer service.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
