Health Services Programs Manager

This role is responsible for managing and leading Health Services Specialists, Analysts, and Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care management and experience in program administration and third-party vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Health Services Specialists, Analysts, and Coordinators
  • Oversee vendors and ensure adherence to Master Service Level Agreement for contracts worth approximately $2 million
  • Provide escalated administrative support and guidance on Health Services program implementation
  • Review, develop, implement, and monitor administrative procedures for Health Services policies and programs
  • Assist in developing and managing policies and programs related to medical fitness for duty
  • Represent the company in hearings and other forums related to Health Services Program delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience managing direct reports
  • Experience in program administration and third-party vendor management
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health program development and coordination
  • Proficiency in Health Care Management and Electronic Record Management Systems
