Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Program Manager to lead our clinical team at the EHN Sandstone Recovery Centre. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of evidence-based treatments, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive program development and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Oversee clinical treatment plans, case conferences, and individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaborative teamwork and professional growth
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, driving positive outcomes and exceptional patient experiences
  • Collaborate with community partners, attend conferences, and participate in workshops to stay updated on best practices
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with patients and staff
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology or social work
  • Active registration with a relevant regulatory body; 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health/psychiatric settings, preferably with eating disorders
  • Leadership and supervision experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of evaluation strategies, outcomes research, and eating disorders
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and internet literacy

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
