**Executive Assistant Opportunity at Adecco Canada**

Adecco Canada is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Toronto.

This is a temporary full-time role offering competitive hourly compensation and an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience to take on a key position providing executive-level support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing communication.
  2. Keep the executive's calendar up to date, including adding events and rescheduling appointments.
  3. Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, screening and prioritizing inquiries.
  4. Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive, preparing detailed reports and presentations.
  5. Organize and plan events such as fundraisers and appreciation events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  6. Ensure all important documents are organized both physically and electronically, maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace.
  7. Handle sensitive information and documents with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  8. Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, drafting emails, coordinating meetings, and managing ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a strong track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in research and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports or presentations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office equipment (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and scheduling tools).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
