At Sales Talent Agency Inc., we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Canada.

The National Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a dynamic sales team, and building relationships with key clients.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales planning.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

Client Relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the facilities service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market and business landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
