Job Title: Senior Change Management Lead

At Jace Holdings Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition for our employees.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned change management professional with a proven track record of delivering organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive business transformation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful change initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on change progress and metrics
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale, cross-functional business transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering organizational change initiatives
  • Change Management Certification, PROSCI, CCMP Designation, or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and active listening skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
