Join Our Team as a Change Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. in Canada. As a key member of our Corporate Office Careers team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition for our employees.

About the Role

As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology. You will collaborate with key executives, leaders, and stakeholders to solve business challenges using change management strategies and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with executives, leaders, and stakeholders to drive business transformation.
  • Coach and guide executives and leaders in their roles as change sponsors and champions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential resistance and adoption/transition risks.
  • Develop and execute communication plans and activities.
  • Lead a change network to increase awareness and champion change initiatives.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development to develop high-level plans and ensure alignment of detailed training plans.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering organizational change management (OCM) including change management strategy and plan, stakeholder management, change network, communications & engagement, leadership alignment/coaching, training, change readiness assessment.
  • Change Management Certification, PROSCI, CCMP Designation or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale, cross-functional business and IT transformations.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Skill in data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
