**Workday Change Manager Role**
Seeking a seasoned change management professional to lead organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementation.
**Job Description**
As a Workday Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives as they pertain to the Workday implementation. This includes working closely with the implementation partner, project team, and cross-functional leads to identify business impacts and track KPIs to measure outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement change management plans that align with project goals and objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives
- Develop communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation
- Work with cross-functional teams/change agents/change champions to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business requirements and objectives
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to change
- Work with the Implementation partner and Business Owners to conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, and subject matter experts
- Stay up to date with the latest change management trends and technologies and apply best practices to organizational change initiatives
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent practical experience in an ERP change manager role
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
- ERP/HRIS Implementation experience required. Experience with Workday, Oracle, Peoplesoft, UKG, SAP, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
