Salesforce Administrator for High-Growth Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Recollective Inc., a leading provider of online research software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and Salesforce's capabilities, with experience implementing configuration changes, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, and mobile administration.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Handle all basic to intermediate administrative functions, including user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports and dashboards, and other tasks
- Build and optimize flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, etc.
- Troubleshoot system issues and outages where required
- Implement processes, automations, and other new or enhanced features when necessary
- Perform regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments
- Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- University degree/diploma in a technical subject
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment preferred
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
