Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
* Design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs
* Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

About the Team:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Development Lead to join our team. As a technical specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
* Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development standards
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Additional Qualifications:

* Salesforce certification is a must
* Experience working with agile project management and VCS/CI/CD tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Bilingualism (English/French) is an added advantage
