Job Description

As a fast-growing tech company located in Canada, we require an individual with an in-depth understanding of CRM systems and Salesforce's capabilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Handling user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Building and optimizing flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, etc.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and outages
  • Implementing processes, automations, and new features
  • Performing regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Reviewing, testing, and planning Salesforce release updates
  • Communicating platform changes to end users and management
  • Documenting technical processes
  • Integrating applications such as AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, Mailchimp, and others

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in a technical subject
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
