We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- OMVIC license is an asset.
- Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills.
- Above average computer skills and technically savvy.
