About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to improve sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC license is an asset
- Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
