About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at The 401 Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Leasing: Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Work with customers to identify their wants and needs, creating relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
  • Lead Generation: Monitor DealerTrack for leads, schedule appointments with customers, and consult financial institutions to obtain funding options.
  • Objection Handling and Negotiation: Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities, ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied.
Requirements
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • OMVIC License is an asset.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Friendly attitude, positive team participation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Technical Savviness: Proficient in using technology to manage sales processes and customer relationships.
