Job Title: Project Coordinator, Business Solutions

Le Groupe Master is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product releases, coordinating with customers, engineers, and vendors, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product releases and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Coordinate with customers, engineers, and vendors to resolve issues and meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) & Windows
  • Knowledge of construction bidding & management process, as well as Sales Support Tools (SST) and GUI (ERP)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
