Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to provide complete and customized technical training to our clients, perform advanced demonstrations of our software, and provide technical assistance to our user community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training to clients on the optimal use of PolyWorks in designing and manufacturing processes.
  • Perform advanced demonstrations of our software tailored to the specific needs of our potential clients.
  • Provide technical assistance to our user community, suggesting different options and solutions to their metrological challenges.
  • Participate in events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions.
  • Contribute to various integration and personalization projects associated with the deployment of the company's solution on our clients' premises.
  • Be involved in internal initiatives related to the ongoing improvement of our services and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (bilingualism is required).
  • Able to travel to the Americas.
  • Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes, an asset.
