Job Summary

SHI is seeking a highly skilled Canada Solutions Engineer to partner with our Quebec and Atlantic sales teams. As a technology generalist, this individual will work closely with customers to uncover and develop opportunities, providing expert technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring seamless integration of solutions

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical solutions role, with a strong understanding of technology and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
