Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of over 20 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, and point of sale systems to manage restaurant operations.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
