Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our business objectives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
