Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our business objectives, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to achieve our business objectives. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.
