Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
