Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our business goals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including preparing budgets, managing cash flow, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
