Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at CANADA INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and resolve conflict situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
