Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
