The Role

You will engage with our global delivery teams across Canada, the US, and India, leading cutting-edge digital projects involving Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of project execution, following TechBlocks PMO methodologies for successful delivery and early business value.
  • Management of projects involving website, web application, and mobile application development.
  • Coordination of teams across multiple geographies, ensuring timely delivery and quality management of projects.
  • Leadership of the project life cycle from kickoff through development, testing, and launch, handling complex, multi-year projects.
  • Implementation of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to drive project success, with a solid understanding of the Waterfall process.
  • Collaboration with Business Analysts (BAs) to write user stories and contribute to requirements-gathering sessions, ensuring dynamic prioritization.
  • Understanding key business requirements and working closely with technical teams to deliver on those requirements, leveraging Design Patterns and Middleware technologies.
  • Delivery leadership by working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Project phase planning, resource allocation, and timeline definition, utilizing PM Tools for efficient management.
  • Tracking of work progress, risk management, and facilitation of transparent communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget management, reporting, and forecasting, providing cost/benefit analyses to internal and external stakeholders.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
