**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics, product management, and creative teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the digital landscape.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns through continuous analysis, testing, and refinement to maximize ROI and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into the company's digital marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and results to senior management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
