About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the Canadian Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and general human resources support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
