The Office Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting management with various clerical tasks. This position requires a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform essential administrative duties such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and inventory management, as well as answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
• Assist management with clerical functions related to finance, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Provide a warm welcome to customers, clients, and staff; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.
• Maintain office communications and informational postings.
• Utilize technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills are required.
• Frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms may be necessary.
