About the Role:

CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing new account relationships and meeting personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new customers to meet sales targets and promote CSA Group's services.
  • Prospect for new customers within assigned territory using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods.
  • Develop and execute complex business strategies to win new business with companies that do not currently work with CSA Group.
  • Prepare written proposals and quotes for clients, working closely with Technical Specialists and Operations staff.
  • Participate in industry associations and outside organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Evaluate industry reports and develop territory analysis to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software is an asset.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and deal with large organizations at senior levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and execute complex business strategies.
  • Organized and independent with strong initiative and motivation.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database applications.
